🎯 Role-Playing Mission
As an Operations and Finance Assistant, you will be a key support in the execution of the company's day-to-day operational and financial activities. You will play a fundamental role in managing cash flow, controlling payments, and supporting senior management, ensuring that operations run in an organized, agile, and reliable manner.
🔥 What will you do in your day-to-day life?
- Support in the management and monitoring of cash flow.
- Execute payments to suppliers and third parties with support and control.
- Perform basic reconciliations and provide support in financial control.
- Manage the agenda, tasks, and priorities of senior management.
- Follow up on operational and administrative commitments.
- Support processes such as purchasing, archiving, and document management.
- Support in the organization of basic information and reports.
🎯 What are we looking for?
- Educational level: Technician, technologist or recent graduate in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields.
- Experience: Between 6 months and 1 year in administrative, operational, or financial roles. Don't worry if your experience is mainly from internships or traineeships: that counts too!
- Key focus: Experience in treasury (money management, cash flow, reconciliations).
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Competencies: Active anticipation, professional discretion, effective communication, and results orientation.

- Have you directly supported leaders or management positions?
- Do you have experience in treasury or money management?
- Have you worked in demanding or dynamic environments?
- Are you proficient in tools like Notion, Trello, or accounting software?

- Hours: Monday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
